    Driven by our passion for specialty coffee; the science behind it, what makes it so special, to the pleasure of enjoying a great cup of it.

    On the other hand, we're professionals in specialty coffee, and in production, with years of experience. We just decided to actually share this passion as an experience that everyone could enjoy in every cup of coffee they drink.

    Our immense passion to try out and source the highest quality specialty coffee crops is one of the core reasons we chose this path and company direction. Our second main approach to high quality, is trying various roasting profiles for each crop and narrowing down the best fitting roast style for it, ending up with many cupping sessions to ensure the final quality out of each product we introduce is up to the specialty coffee standards before we introduce it to our customers.

  • Our Roasting Approach

    We believe that each crop has it's ideal roasting degree. Whether it's light, medium, or dark. It all depends on the crop's origin profile and characteristics.

    As much as a fruit bomb coffee can be enjoyed as espresso, and be roasted to a dark medium or a dark level, why not roast it light and enjoy it with a brewing method that would let you enjoy that fruity origin character to its optimal level.

    This is how we approach our coffee, we optimize the roasting degree to highlight what each crop has to offer, from fruit forward filter coffee, to bold chocolate and caramel notes of espresso. We'll always test different roast degrees for each crop, and offer you the best that would highlight its original taste for you to enjoy.
