Shipping policy

Orders usually will be fulfilled within 24 hours of placing your order during weekdays.

Our production line is off on Saturdays, orders placed on Friday after 4PM will be subject to availability, if the products ordered are roasted and available they will be delivered the same day. Otherwise they will be delivered On Sunday.

Orders placed on Fridays will also be subject to availability, if the products ordered are roasted and ready they will be delivered on Saturday, otherwise if not roasted, they will be delivered on Sunday during the day. 

Pick up orders If available and roasted will be ready for pick up the same day the order is placed, or the next day for a fresh roast. 

Orders will not be packed and shipped, or "ready for pick up" unless the payment is confirmed. Otherwise the order will be cancelled within a maximum holding time of 7 days prior to order placement.
