A very unique 2023 Classic Natural process micro-lot collection from the TERES MILAGROS FARM in Costa Rica!
The Facusse Family (Honduras), teamed up with CAMILO MERIZALDE in order to develop TRES MILAGROS FARM in the Dota-Tarrazu region in Costa Rica. All the technology and experience from Santuario Colombia was applied to develop very unique specialty coffee crops. Starting off with Bourbon coffee trees, and later on experimenting with several new varietals. In 2020 they finished the construction on the new processing facility, helping to control the quality of the coffees even better. Enabling them to share microlots with very pronounced flavors and aromas.
This crop is one of their outstanding, well balanced coffee, incorporating a very rounded flavor profile. with a very clear and bright fragrance of cherries, mixed homogeneously with the sweetness of candied strawberry, giving off with a hint of juicy raisins and apricot. We cannot recommend this crop enough for those seeking great filter coffee with mild acidity, a clean cup, and a good balanced finish that will always get you craving for more.

- Time: 2-3 Minutes
- Method: 5 Pours total (including bloom) of 60ml, 93 degrees water. Wait till bed dries between pours.
