Introducing: THE QUEEN: GESHA
A Colombian GESHA coffee variety that scored an outstanding 90 points on the cupping scoresheet. A pure competition grade coffee, winning 3rd place at Athens 2023 Cup Of Excellence (COE) competition.
Cultivated by the renowned producer Julio Madrid, out of the La Riviera Farm located at Risarelda, Colombia. This award winning exceptional crop was grown in a lush tropical environment, in which the La Riviera is famous for, and specializes in producing outstanding Gesha coffee due to this climate & combined with long term experience in growing Geshas.
This Natural processed Gesha is celebrated for its rich & intense flavor. Enhanced sweetness and complexity, with dominant notes of sweet black cherry providing a deep luscious fruitiness. Complimented by the delicate aroma of orange blossom and a very distinct floral undertone, creating a harmonious and vibrant cup.
We roasted this profile to reach its optimum potential and to be enjoyed as an omni roast, perfect for filter and for pure espresso lovers out there. The roast level is on the lighter side of medium, so to highlight the delicate aroma and flavors apparent in it, but also to enhance its floral and fruity sweetness and balance.
